CNCC / CNOEC / EPSILON Observatory of the value of Medium-sized Enterprises in France

The Observatory was launched in October 2014 by the CNCC (National Company of Auditors), in partnership with Epsilon Research.

The market followed is that of majority acquisitions of French medium-sized companies (equity value between €15m and €50m).

In this context, Epsilon publishes for the attention of auditors and their clients, SME managers, a half-yearly economic report focusing on the evolution of the market value of ME, in particular:
